Great stay for a family

The beds were some of the most comfy I've slept on, seriously seemed like sleeping on clouds. And the breakfast selection was pretty solid too, I loved the pancake machine, made fresh pancakes in a flash.

Yeah it wasn't exactly a bargain but honestly it was still worth it.

The decor throughout the hotel was stylish, and the breakfast offered a variety of options, ensuring a pleasant start to the day. The front desk staff provided excellent customer service.

Clean rooms and comfy beds!

This place was super clean and fresh when we walked in. The staff was friendly, and beds were crazy comfy-best sleep I've had in a hotel! The breakfast options were solid, and I loved the picnic area outside for a quick snack. Just wish the check-in process was smoother. It felt a bit chaotic.

My kids wished the pancake machine worked smoother and didn't require 'burping' all the time. It would be great to see a more efficient breakfast option for families.

Perfect cleanliness, wonderful amenities.

We enjoyed the Warbirds Over Monroe Air Show and even caught a Union Symphony League Showcase. The hotel was updated and clean, with a friendly staff. Loved the beverage options available after breakfast. Great location for local attractions like ice skating and golf.

The hotel was beautifully decorated with warm colors and cozy furniture. The accessibility features were excellent for seniors, with easy-to-navigate hallways and cute staff always ready to assist.

Need more comfortable seating in common areas.

This hotel offers clean, spacious rooms and lovely decor, with friendly staff that care. Breakfast was diverse and satisfying, especially the cinnamon rolls. Unfortunately, noise from neighboring rooms was disruptive and the customer service experience at times left much to be desired.

Really good stay with friendly service

The room was spacious and immaculate. The breakfast spread was excellent, with plenty of choices and the staff made sure everything was well stocked and cute. There was a minor issue with the handrail in the bathroom that could use some attention.

Breakfast had many great options. Only downside, the shower pressure could improve. A fantastic experience.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free Wi-Fi, comfortable fitness center, and helpful 24-hour reception. The staff even printed my tickets on my first stay. Highly recommend for a great experience. Coming back for a city trip!
